- Content — topics, prompts, style and character selections you submit
- Communications — messages you send to support

- Usage data — Slides created, features used, timestamps

- From payment processors — subscription status, plan, billing country, partial payment identifiers. We never receive or store full payment card numbers.
- From sign-in providers, if you choose to use one — your email address and basic profile information

3. Your content
Prompts you submit and Output you create are stored so you can access your history. Prompts are sent to third-party service providers solely to produce the Output you asked for.
We do not use your prompts or Output to train artificial intelligence models.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with:
- Infrastructure providers — hosting, database and storage
- Content service providers — who process prompts to produce your Output
- Payment processors — who handle billing and may act as merchant of record
- Communication providers — for transactional and marketing email
- Analytics providers — to understand aggregate usage
- Authorities — where required by law, or to protect rights, safety or property
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
5. International transfers
We work with service providers located in several countries, including the United States and the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions where they apply.
6. How long we keep it

7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

- Withdraw consent where processing relies on it
- Complain to your local supervisory authority
To exercise any of these, email team@thefutureclips.com. We respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first.
Users in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom have rights under the GDPR. Users in California have rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined.
8. Users under 18
We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. Where a user is between 16 and 18, we require confirmation of parental or guardian consent.
We do not carry out behavioural tracking, profiling or targeted advertising directed at users we know to be under 18.
If you believe someone under 16 has given us personal data, email team@thefutureclips.com and we will delete it promptly.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, isolated environments and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If a data breach affects your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
10. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication, session management and security, and analytics cookies to understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies in your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies will stop the Services working.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy. We will notify you of material changes by email or with a prominent notice on the Services before they take effect.
