Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: 12 September 2026

This Policy applies to all use of the futureclips and forms part of our Terms of Service. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund and, where appropriate, referral to the relevant authorities.

1. Prohibited content

You may not use the Services to create, request, upload or distribute content that:

Sexual content. Contains nudity, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive material, or any sexualised depiction of a person.

Child sexual abuse material. Depicts a minor in any sexual, suggestive or exploitative context. This is absolutely prohibited. We report all such material to the relevant authorities and permanently terminate the account.

Real individuals. Depicts, or is designed to resemble, a real identifiable person — including public figures, celebrities, athletes, politicians and private individuals — without that person's documented consent. This includes their likeness, voice or identifying features.

Intellectual property infringement. Reproduces copyrighted characters, trademarked logos, brand assets or protected artistic works without authorisation.

Violence and harm. Depicts graphic violence, gore, animal cruelty, self-harm, suicide, or weapons used to threaten; or promotes, glorifies or instructs in any of the above.

Hate and harassment. Attacks, degrades, dehumanises or incites hatred or violence against individuals or groups on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or other protected characteristic; or targets an individual for harassment, bullying or intimidation.

Deception. Constitutes a deepfake or impersonation, fabricates news or events, misrepresents electoral processes, or misleads on matters of health, safety or financial risk.

Illegal activity. Facilitates fraud, phishing, money laundering, trafficking of drugs, weapons or people, or any other unlawful act.

Regulated advice. Presents medical diagnoses, treatment protocols or dosage guidance, or guarantees or implies assured financial returns.

Dubious schemes. Promotes pyramid or multi-level marketing schemes, get-rich-quick programmes, cash gifting, unlicensed gambling or comparable ventures.

2. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

  1. Resell, sublicense, white-label or otherwise provide the Services to third parties as your own product without a written agreement with us.
  2. Share account credentials, or operate multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits, free trials or enforcement action.
  3. Crawl, scrape or use automated means to extract data from the Services.
  4. Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to discover the source code, character models or prompt systems underlying the Services.
  5. Use Output to develop, train or improve a product that competes with the Services.
  6. Circumvent rate limits, credit systems, content filters or other technical restrictions.
  7. Upload malicious code, or attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Services or related systems.
  8. Attempt to obtain another user's password, account or security information.
  9. Misuse any reporting, complaint, dispute or appeals process, including by making groundless or vexatious submissions.
  10. Use the Services in violation of any applicable law, or in a way not reasonably intended by us.

3. Platform compliance

You are responsible for making sure your Output complies with the terms, community guidelines and disclosure requirements of any platform you publish it on, including any obligation to label content as artificially generated.

4. Enforcement

We use automated filtering and manual review to detect violations. Depending on severity we may:

5. Reporting

To report content or conduct that breaches this Policy, email team@thefutureclips.com with enough detail for us to investigate.
